George Sarofeen

George is a rising Junior majoring in Political Science and minoring in History and PPE. He is a part of the Institute for Domestic and International Affairs as a Director for a few conferences in the upcoming year! George is also part of the Undergraduate Law Review as an External Editor and has written two articles featured in the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 issues of the Law Review. Outside of campus extracurricular activities, George works at a local law firm dealing with real estate and matrimonial cases as a legal intern. He became a digital content creator because he loves to use social media as a way to convey a message and loves sharing his creativity. George hopes to come out of the program understanding how political awareness can be spread via social media in an effective manner that engages people who often find that “they’re just not into politics.” He believes that civic engagement, beyond just voting in presidential elections, is vital to our country’s democracy.
