Lakshmi Higley

Lakshmi Higley is a Political Science major and Criminology minor at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, class of 2027. They are eager to encourage civic engagement throughout campus, and educate students on the importance and process of voting. They hope to register many new students to vote in New Jersey.
