Dahria Charadnichenka

RU Voting Intern

Dahria S. Charadnichenka is an ambitious Honors rising junior at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where she is double majoring in Political Science and Cognitive Science, with a minor in Russian. Dahria is actively involved in campus life, holding positions such as Supporting Editor for the Eagleton Political Journal, Hospitality Assistant at the Eagleton Institute of Politics, and Ambassador for the Darien Civic Engagement Project. She is also an active member of the Douglass Student Recruitment Network, represented Douglass Residential College at a PLEN conference in Washington, DC, and lobbied for student financial aid with the Rutgers Advocacy Corps in Washington, DC. Starting as an RU Voting Ambassador last year, she worked to increase voter participation and engagement on campus during the pivotal 2024 US Presidential Election. With internships at the U.S. House of Representatives, New Jersey Senate, Ali for Jersey City and the Office of the Governor, Dahria gained valuable experience in legislative affairs and New Jersey politics and is ready to bring her skillset to further contribute to RU Voting.
